脊柱骨折术后患者的临床护理体会

目的：总结巡回护士在脊柱骨折手术中的护理经验。方法：对126例脊柱骨折手术患者主动执行各种巡回护理措施。结果：全组手术患者未发生护理并发症。结论：加强术前访视，密切配合，准备到位，密切观察生命体征，加强体位护理和呼吸管理，可减少并发症发生，减轻患者痛苦。

Objective：Summarizes tours nurse＇s in spinal column bone fracture surgery nursing experience. Methods： carries out each kind of tour nursing measure on own initiative to 126 example spinal column bone fracture surgery patient. Results：Entire group surgery patient has not had the nursing complication. Conclusion： Strengthens the technique to make a house--call, coordinates closely, the preparation arriving, observes the life symptom closely, strengthens body posture nursing and the breath management, may reduce the complication occurrence, reduces the patient pain.
