目的：探讨某院2006—2009年住院死亡病人的性别、年龄及死因顺位等。方法：对某院2006—2009年4年间875例住院死亡病例进行统计分析。结果：4年间病死率为1．58％，男女死亡比为1．88：1，死亡人数最多的年领组为70-79岁组，死因前三位为：循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤和中毒。结论：加强居民健康教育及自我保健意识，改善不良生活习惯，提高交通安全意识，将有利于降低疾病的死亡率。

Objective：Discusses some courtyard 2006--2009 year in hospital death patient＇s sex, the age and the cause of death cis--position and so on. Methods：875 example in hospital death case carries on the statistical analysis to a some courtyard 2006-- 2009 during year 4 year. Results：During 4 years the case fatality rate is 1.58%, the men and women die compared to are 1.88：1, the casualty most year collar group is 70--79 year old of group, cause of death first three is： Circulatory disease, malignant tumor, damage and poison. Conclusion：Strengthens the resident health education and self--health care consciousness, the improvement bad habits and customs, raises the traffic safety consciousness, will be advantageous in cutting disease＇s mortality rate.
