摘要
在研究了院校科研和生产特点的基础上,针对GJB9001A质量管理体系的共性要求,结合院校科研质量管理的特殊性,系统地探讨了院校实施过程控制和绩效评价的方法,全面阐述了提高院校科研质量管理水平的对策。
After analyzing the characteristics of scientific research and production at colleges, combing the requirement of GJB9001A quality management system and the features of college quality management, this paper systematically studies how to take process management and performance appraisal at colleges. Some measures are put forward to improve the management of scientific research at colleges.
