With scientific and technological progress, mankind has created material wealth, developed material civilization accelerated, rapid and spiritual civilization development is the pace which lagging behind, resulting in a series of serious society. Many of the problems are attributable to people＇s understanding of humans ＂value and responsibility of bias caused by, in order to solve social problems and promote healthy human development, research and human values and responsibilities imminent. Under the guidance of Marxism, Marx＇s analysis of human values and responsibilities, and strive to raise awareness on human values and responsibilities of understanding, to promote human development, the promotion of human values to be realized.
