One of the important strategies to develop the country is to develop Beibu Gulf economic zone, which is an agreement and decision of the leading bodies in Guangxi province. Its functional orientation is to make the zone become a China- ASEAN base of logistic, commercial, manufacturing and information communicating center. Under the guidance of Guangxi BeiBu Gulf Economic Zone Development Plan, the development of Beibu Gulf economic zone will be pushed forward, a large scale of projects will be gathered, the great industry will grow up, and the carrying capacity of basic facilities will be strengthened. The area will become an important manufacturing base and information eormnunieating center in China-ASEAN, an important communicating bridge and cooperating platform, a city group with perfect function, and a new polar of China coast.
