摘要
制糖工程专业课双语教学要达到效果,就要做到:明确教学目的,优化双语教材;勇于探索实践,积累教学经验;启发互动交流,提高学习兴趣;追踪行业动态,补充教学内容。
The author argues the purpose and meaning of bilingual teaching in sugar engineering which is the support and peculiarity industry in Guangxi. He represents the choice of teaching material, the accumulation of teaching experience, the study and practice of teaching methods, also points out the problems in the bilingual teaching.
