摘要 目的检测细胞周期蛋白D1和血管内皮生长因子在胶质瘤中的表达,并探讨其与恶性程度的关系及二者之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例不同级别胶质瘤中细胞周期蛋白D1和血管内皮生长因子蛋白的表达,分析其相互关系。结果细胞周期蛋白D1和血管内皮生长因子在胶质瘤中的表达率分别是71.15%和78.85%,并随着胶质瘤病理分级的增加而增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细胞周期蛋白D1和VEGF的表达间存在着密切关系(P<0.005)。结论细胞周期蛋白D1和皮生长因子的高表达与胶质瘤的恶性进展有密切关系;且细胞周期蛋白D1和皮生长因子协同在胶质瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用。 Objective To examine the expressions of CyclinD1 and VEGF in gliomas, and investigate the possible relalionship between their expressions and the degree of tumor roalignanc. Methods Fifty - two cases of gliomas were examined for CyclinD1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein expression using S - P immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of CyclinDl and VEGF protein expression were 71. 15% and 78. 85% in human gliomas,respectively. It was shown that the CyclinD1 and VEGF protein expression were closely correlated with the grade of gliomas. The expression levels of CyclinD1 and VEGF proteins were higher in the high - grade group than in the low - grade one( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a positive reciprocity between CyclinD1 and VEGF ( P 〈 0. 005 ). Conclusion There is a close relationship be- tween the higher levels expression of CyelinD1 and VEGF and the progression of gliomas, and they play an important role together in the cancinogenesis and progression of gliomas.
