丹参注射液联合紫外线治疗带状疱疹临床观察

The clinical observation of Danshen injection combined with ultravioleton in the treatment of herpes zoster

目的总结与探讨丹参注射液联合紫外线治疗带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法对就诊的85例患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规抗病毒、营养神经、止痛等对症治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,给予丹参注射液静脉滴注联合紫外线照射治疗,治疗半个月为1个疗程。结果治疗1个疗程之后,治疗组总有效率为97.68%,对照组总有效率为83.34%,统计学处理后,有显著性差异。结论丹参注射液联合紫外线治疗带状疱疹,效果肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize and discuss the therapeutic effect of Danshen injection combined with ultraviolet in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods The 85 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given conventional anti - virus, nutrition nerve, pain and other symptomatic treatment ; treatment group was given Danshen injection combined with ultraviolet irradiation therapy, on the basis of the control group＇s treatment. Two weeks for a course of treatment. Results After one course of treatment group, the total effective rate was 97.68 pereent in the control group, the total effective rate was 83.34 percent, after statistical treatment, there are significant differences. Conclusion The effect of Danshen injection and UV treatment of herpes zoster was certain and worthy of clinical application.
