肢体缺血再灌注时红细胞内MDA、血浆中TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_(1α)含量的变化 被引量:1

摘要 将21例择期下肢手术病人随机分为非缺血对照组、缺血再灌注组,以观察肢体缺血再灌注时红细胞内丙二醛(MDA)、血浆中血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)含量的变化。结果发现,肢体缺血再灌注10min后,红细胞内MDA显著升高,血浆中TXB2及TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α的比值无明显变化;再灌注20min后,红细胞内MDA、血浆中TXB2以及TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比值均显著升高。研究提示肢体缺血再灌注后,红细胞脂质过氧化加强先于TXA2-PGI2平衡失调。 The alteration of Malonaldehydic acid (MDA) level in erythrocyte and thromboxane B2 (TXB 2) and 6-keto-PGF 1α level were observed in plasmas of 21 patients for selected low limb operation, who were devided into two subgroups, non-ischemic and ischemia-reperfusive. Results: after 10 minutes of reperfusion of ischemic limb, MDA level in erythrocyte elevated markedly, while no significant changes were found of the TXB 2 level and the ratio of TXB 2 to 6-keto-PGF 1α in plasma; after 20 minutes, both of the above results showed significant elevation. The present data suggest that reperfusion of ischemic limb intensified lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte, which proceeds the unbalance between TXA 2 and PGI 2.
