17例心房黏液瘤的外科治疗分析

Surgical treatment for 17 cases of artrial myxoma

目的探讨心房黏液瘤的诊治及疗效。方法 17例心房黏液瘤,包括16例左房黏液瘤和1例右房黏液瘤,均在体外循环下行黏液瘤摘除。结果全组无死亡病例。结论心房黏液瘤一经确诊应尽快手术,注意把握手术时机,避免肿瘤脱落引起栓塞等并发症的发生。

Objective To study the diagnosis and operation for atrium myxoma. Methods 17 cases of artrial myxoma including 16 cases leftartrial myxoma and 1 case rightartrial myxoma were excised under extracorporeal circulation. Resuits There was no death in the whole groups. Conclusion Operation should be performed on patients with artrial myxoma when the indications are confirmative. At the same time, the surgical timing should be seized and prevent the occurrence of complications such as embolism caused by tumor dropping off.
