手术方法改进在腹膜透析植管手术中的应用

目的探讨外科开放式手术植入腹膜透析管的理想方法,减少并发症的发生率。方法对传统腹膜透析管植入方法在切口定位、内Cuff的处理、腹膜透析管外出口的处理三方面进行改进,比较改进前后两种手术方法相关并发症的发生率。结果改进方法后,手术相关并发症的发生率明显降低。结论改进腹膜透析管植入手术方法,能减少手术相关并发症的发生率,从而提高腹膜透析治疗质量。

Objective To discuss the ideal method for the surgery in peritoneal dialysis catheters placemants and it＇s effects on redueing the incidence of complications, Methods Selection of operative incision, disposal of inside cuff and outside exit were improved. Then the incidence of complications were compared. Results There was a significant decrease in the incidence of complications after the improvement. Conclusion The improvement of the surgery in catheters placemant can reduce the incidence of complications and in turn improve the dialysis quality.
