医疗活动具有很强的风险性,尤其是在我国目前紧张的医患关系下,积极寻求一种行之有效的模式,缓解这一矛盾是十分必要的,医疗风险保险体系的建立数年前就被学者提出并实践过,探讨如何科学的建立这一特殊的保险体系,分析这一过程中需要解决的问题,将为如何保障人民群众健康问题提供新的思路。

Medical activities are highly risky, espically under the environment of the tense physician - patient relationship in our country now. Pursuing an effective way positively to relieve the contradiction between the physicians and patients seems necessary and urgent. The establishment of the risk of medical liability insurance system was proposed and practiced by scholars several years ago. So exploring how to establish this special insurance system scientifically and analyzing the problems which need to be solved in this process will provide a new way of thinking in ensuring the people＇s health.
