摘要
目的观察中药汤剂联合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的临床疗效。方法将140例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为两组，治疗组80例用中药汤剂联合多潘立酮治疗；对照组60例仅用多潘立酮治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为92．5％，对照组总有效率为66．7％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西药联合治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫有明显的疗效，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To abserve the curative effect of combined treatment of TCM decoction and westen medicine in diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 140 cases of DGP were randomly divied into two groups,80 cases in treatment group were combined treatment of TCM decoction and Domperidone. 60 case in control group were treated with Domperidone. The curative effects in the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of treatment group was much better than that of Domperidone in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined treatment of TCM decoction and Domperidone can be used as the frist- chioice medicine in treating diabetic gastroparesis.
