摘要
目的考察芍药苷在不同pH条件下的水解情况。方法Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%的甲酸水溶液(15∶85);检测波长为230 nm;进样量为10μl;柱温为室温,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1。结果芍药苷对照品在0.021 5-0.215μg范围内,进样量与峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,并得到不同pH条件下的水解动力方程。结论芍药苷的水解符合一级动力学模型。在不同pH条件下,芍药苷的水解速度不同。
Objective To investigate the hydrolysis kinetics of Paeoniflorin in different pH values.Methods Diamonsil-C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used with the use of the acetonitriler-0.1%formic acid(15∶85)as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results Paeoniflorin was well separated,the linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.021 5~0.215 μg(r=0.999 9).Hydrolysis kinetics equations in different pH values was obtained.Conclusion The degradation follows pseudofirst-order kinetics.Hydrolysis rate is different in various pH values.
