柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对艾滋病抑郁症患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的研究柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对艾滋病抑郁症患者免疫功能和生存质量的影响。方法采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项版本(HRSD17)评价抑郁状况,筛查艾滋病抑郁症病人,柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤进行干预治疗,通过白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和HIV/AIDS患者生存质量量表(MOS-HIV)评价免疫功能与生存质量。结果治疗组免疫功能及生存质量改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组IL-2和生存质量自身前后比较显示有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤能改善艾滋病抑郁症病人免疫功能,提高生存质量,具有一定的抗抑郁作用。
