摘要
目的研究了木聚糖酶提取温莪术挥发油工艺条件。方法对温莪术粒径、木聚糖酶用量、酶解时间进行正交实验设计。结果以出油率为指标确定适宜的正交实验参数为:温莪术细粉100目、木聚糖酶用量50 IU.(g温莪术)-1、酶解时间90 min。结论该工艺条件下温莪术挥发油提取得率为2.42%,与未添加木聚糖酶提取工艺相比,温莪术挥发油提取得率增加3.40倍。
Objective To study the factors affecting the yield of essential oil extracted from Rhizoma Curcuma by xylanase-assistant extraction(XAE) technology.Method The particle size,extraction time and xylanase amount were selected as the factors for the orthogonal experiments to find out the optimum operating conditions for the XAE of essential oil extracted from Rhizoma Curcuma.Results The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum operating conditions were as follows:the extracted particle size was between 125~150 μm,the added amount of xylanase was 50 IU(Filter Paper International Units)·(g Rhizoma Curcuma resedue)-1,and the xylanase extraction time was 90 min.Conclusion Using the mentioned optimum conditions,the essential oil yield reaches 2.42%.Moreover,the results show that the XAE is increased by 3.40 times in essential oil yield compared with the non-using the xylanase-assistant technology.
