布渣叶不同提取部位对大鼠胃液分泌功能的影响研究

Study on the Effects of Different Extraction Parts from Microcos paniculata on the Rat Secretion of Gastric Juice Function

目的比较布渣叶不同提取部位对大鼠胃液分泌功能的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、香砂养胃丸组、布渣叶石油醚部位组、醋酸乙酯部位组、正丁醇部位组、剩余水层部位组。各治疗组连续给药7d后,做胃液分析。结果与空白组比较,正丁醇部位和剩余水层部位均能显著增加胃液分泌量(P<0.05);醋酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位、剩余水层部位均能显著降低胃液pH值(P<0.05或P<0.01);正丁醇部位能显著提高胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.01)。结论布渣叶对大鼠胃液分泌功能影响的活性成分主要存在于正丁醇部位和剩余水层部位。

Objective To compare the effect of different extraction secretion of gastric juice function parts from Microcos paniculata.Methods SD rats were randomized into six groups： normal group,Xiangshayangweiwan group,Pet group,ethyl acetate group,n-butanol group,surplus water group.Except normal group,the other groups were given corresponding drugs for 7 days and then the gastric juice analysis was done.Results Compared with normal group,the amount of gastric juice in n-butanol extract group and surplus water extract group was increased obviously（P〈0.05）;the gastric pH level of ethyl acetate group,n-butanol extract group and surplus water extract was diminished obviously（P〈0.05 or P0.01）,and the pepsin level of n-butanol extract group was increased obviously（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The active constituents of Microcos paniculata exist in n-butanol extract and surplus water extract.
