摘要
目的建立独活药材与饮片中二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯的HPLC分析方法。方法采用Shiseido C18MG(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(49∶51)为流动相,流速1 ml·min^-1,检测波长330 nm,柱温30℃。结果二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯在0.003 61.536 mg·ml^-1呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.1%(RSD=2.8%)。22批不同产地独活药材与饮片中二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯的质量分数在0.058%-0.778%,平均值0.178%。结论该方法简单、重复性好,可用于独活的质量控制。
Objective To develop a quantitative method for determination of columbianadin in Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.Methods The samples were separated at 30℃ on a Shiseido C18 MG(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm) column eluted with acetonitrile-water(49∶51) as the mobile phase.Flow rate was set at 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 330 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range from 0.0036 to 1.536 mg·ml^-1(r =0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.1 %(RSD=2.8 %).22 batches of the drugs purchased from different areas were determined and the contents of columbianadin in Radix angelicae pubescentis were fluctuated from 0.058 % to 0.778 %.Conclusion The method is simple,repeatable and can be used for the quality control of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.
