香菇多糖对荷瘤小鼠TDCs表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨香菇多糖对荷瘤小鼠S 100+胸腺树突状细胞(TDCs)和CD1a+TDCs表达的影响。方法观察胸腺结构;通过S100和CD1a免疫组化标记,计算S100+细胞在参照物(胸腺)中所占面积百分比;计算TDCs密度;测算胸腺指数,肿瘤指数,抑瘤率等指标。结果荷瘤香菇多糖组TDCs数量明显增加,特别在胸腺皮质密度很高,位于成簇的淋巴细胞之间,树状突起与淋巴细胞相接触。荷瘤香菇多糖组S100+TDCs所占面积比和TDCs密度均比其他各组明显增高(P<0.01)。结论香菇多糖能增加TDCs数量及促进其分化成熟。 Objective To explore the influence of lentina on expression of thymus S100^+ dendritic cells(DCs) and CD1a^+ DCs in S180 tumor-bearing mice.Methods Thymus morphology and thymus DCs(TDCs)immunostaining with DCs marker(including S100 and CD1a) were observed and analyzed with stereologic method.The thymus index and tumor index were measured.Results There were more TDCs in the tumor lentinan group than others,especially in cortex,locating between lymphocytes.S100^+ TDCs area and TDCs density in the tumor lentinan group were significantly higher than others(P〈0.01).Conclusion Lentinan can promote quantity increase,differeation and maturation of TDLs.
