摘要
提出了一种帧内帧间自适应视频压缩的算法.帧内编码主要基于矢量量化(VQ)技术,帧间编码采用运动估计,并动态提取运动区域,只对运动区域进行运动估计.该算法极大地减少了运算量,各项性能指标都非常接近预测帧全帧运动估计算法,同时大幅减少了输入数据带宽和数据存储量.
An algorithm of intra and inter adaptive video encoding system is proposed. The intra encode is mainly based on vector quantization while the inter encode adopts the motion estimation, extracts motion area dynamically, and then estimates the motion area. As a result, it has greatly reduced the computational load and obtained almost the same performance as full - search of the predictive frame algorithm. At the same time, it also has greatly reduced the I/O bandwidth and decreased the data storage.
