摘要
目的研究白背叶提取物WF对乙肝病毒的抑制作用。方法接种2215细胞24 h后,加入不同浓度的白背叶提取物WF培养8 d,以细胞形态学的变化为指标评价WF对2215细胞的毒性。收集最大无毒浓度下的培养液,酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测培养液中HBsAg和HBeAg水平。结果在最大无毒浓度下,WF对2215细胞HBsAg和HBeAg的分泌有明显抑制作用。WF抑制HBsAg的半数有效量(IC50)为8.61μg/ml;抑制HBeAg的IC50为20.87μg/ml。结论WF可明显抑制2215细胞HBsAg和HBeAg的分泌,具有显著的抗乙肝病毒作用。
Objective To study the anti-HBV effect of WF.Methods 2215 cells were cultured for 24 h,then different concentration of WF were added and cultured for 8 d,and the WF's toxicity was evaluated according to the morphological alteration of 2215 cells.The supernate of culture was collected at the non-toxic concentration of WF,enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to determine the HBsAg and the HBeAg levels in the supernate.Results The non-toxic concentration of WF inhibited HBsAg and HBeAg secretion of 2215 cells significantly(P〈0.01),and the 50% inhibiting concentration(IC50) of WF on HBsAg secretion was 8.61 μg/ml,while the IC50 on HBeAg secretion was 20.87 μg/ml.Conclusion WF can inhibit HBsAg and HBeAg secretion of 2215 cells effectively,indicating that WF may have anti-HBV activity.
