黄芪等中药总黄酮与金属元素含量测定及聚类分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的运用模糊聚类分析方法分析药物中总黄酮、金属元素与药物疗效关系的相关性,验证其药物功效的相似性及不同种类中药定量指标评价方面的作用。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定黄芪、泽兰、川芎、酸枣仁、人参、灯盏花、回心草、月季花、党参、银杏叶等10种中药总黄酮的含量,原子吸收分光光度法测定药物中钙、镁、铁、铬、镍、锰、铜、锌金属元素的含量,以数据极差法进行统计指标的标准化处理,以数量积法算出衡量被分类对象之间的相关系数,确定论域上的模糊矩阵。结果相关系数r=0.55时,有5种药物聚类相似;相关系数r=0.65时,有4种药物聚类相似;相关系数r=0.90时,有3种药物聚类相似。药物中含有丰富的金属元素和较高的总黄酮,相关系数较大的药物其药物疗效的相似性较大。结论药物中黄酮、微量元素的含量与药物疗效具有密切关系,为探讨中药的质量评价提供了一种新的方法,为进一步研究中药黄酮类化合物及微量元素与药物作用机理的关系提供了科学的依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation of the flavone and the metal element contents in some medicines and their therapeutic effect by means of blurred classification,so to verify the similarity of the medicine effect and their roles in the quantitative evaluation of these medicines.Methods The contents of flavone in Chinese traditional medicines such as Huangqi,Zelan,Chuanxiong,Suanzaoren,Renshen,Dengzhanhua,Huixincao,Yuejihua,Dangshen and Yinxingye were determined by ultraviolet spectrophometry.The content of calcium,magnesium,iron,chromium,nickel,manganese,copper and zinc in Chinese traditional medicines were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The standard processing of statistical target was carried out through the data extreme difference method.The relative coefficients of the subjects investigated were calculated by the dot product method and the relative fuzzy matrix was obtained.Results The results showed that the cluster in 5 kinds of medicines was similar when the relative coefficient was 0.55;cluster in 4 kinds of medicines was similar when the relative coefficient was 0.65;cluster in 3 kinds of medicines was similar when the relative coefficient was 0.90.There were comparatively rich metal elements and high flavone in Chinese traditional medicines,among which their therapeutic effect was similar when the relative coefficient was considerably great.Conclusion This suggests that flavone and trace element have much to do with the therapeutic effect.It provided useful data for discussing the relationship between the content of flavone and the trace elements and their mechanism of medicines,and developing a new method for evaluating quality of Chinese traditional medicines.
