摘要
目的优选参芎明胶微球的最佳制备工艺。方法以天然的生物可降解的明胶为载体,采用乳化交联法制备参芎明胶微球。结果参芎明胶微球的最佳制备工艺为span-80在油相中比例为1.5%,油水相比例6∶1、搅拌速度750 r/min,明胶水溶液浓度10%,投药量(参芎总药量∶明胶)为1∶5。结论该制备工艺稳定可行,微球质量较高。
Objective To study the best preparation technology of gelatin microspheres loaded Salvia miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine hydrochloride.Methods Salvia miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine hydrochloride gelatin microspheres were prepared by emulsion chemical cross-linking method using gelatin as wall material.Results The best preparation technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine hydrochloride gelatin microspheres was 1.5%span-80 in oil,the rate of oil to water was 6∶1,the stirring rate was 750 r/min,the concentrarion of gelatin solution was 10%,the rate of crude drug to gelatin was 1∶5.Conclusion The preparation technology is stable and usable,and microspheres have high quality.
