摘要 本文以中国利用外资整体战略布局中的两种引资战略为基点,研究外资企业产业结构的定位、发展变化,以及其对中国产业结构升级的影响。 This article introduces the two strategies of attracting foreign capital and analyzes the positioning of foreign -invested enterprises of the industrial structure, the development of these enterprises, and the impact on China＇s industrial structure.
