基于超硬刀具材料的WEDM线切割加工研究 被引量:3

摘要 超硬刀具材料在机械装备制造业有着广泛的应用领域,超硬材料刀具的切割是超硬刀具制造过程中的一个难题,用电火花线切割方法分割各种不同形状的复合片材料是符合我国制造业现状的可选之法。本文从超硬刀具的主要品种及特点,超硬刀具材料的线切割加工主要方法,通过分析各种加工参数与工艺指标的相互关系,探讨了线切割机的超硬材料回转表面加工装置,对超硬刀具材料的WEDM线切割加工研究提出了独到的见解。 Superhard tool materials in machinery and equipment manufacturing industry has a wide range of applications, the manufacturing process of cutting superhard tool is a difficult problem, wire cutting method using a variety of different shapes of composite partitioning sheet material is in line with the status quo of China ' s manufacturing industry of the law optional. In this paper, the main varieties of super-hard cutting tools and characteristics of superhard cutting tool materials line the main methods, by analyzing the various process parameters and process indicators of the relationship between the wire cutting of hard materials of the rotary surface processing device, there are unique insights for superhard cutting tool materials WEDM wire cutting study.
