原发性高血压患者血清睾酮和雌二醇测定及意义 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE SERUM TESTOSTERONE AND ESTRADIOL LEVELS IN ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

摘要 目的:探讨原发性高血压患者血清睾酮和雌二醇改变及临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法测定了66例原发性高血压(EH)患者和20例非高血压患者的血清睾酮和雌二醇水平,并进行统计分析。结果:EH组血清雌二醇水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),睾酮和雌二醇/睾酮比值与对照组无明显差异(P均>0.05)。睾酮和雌二醇彰及两者与平均动脉压间无明显的相关性(P均>0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期组间血睾酮依次显著递减(P<0.01),但雌二醇和雌二醇/睾酮比值无显著差异(P>0.05),伴心脑血管并发症组血清睾酮水平显著低于无并发症组(P<0.05),但雌二醇却无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:测定血清睾酮、雌二醇水平,有助于原发性高血压发病机理的探讨和预后的判断。 Objective:Studing the changes of serum testosterone(T) and estradilo (E2) levels in patients with essential hypertension,and its clinical significiance.Methods:The serum T and E2 levels were determined by radioimmunoassay in 66 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and 20 patients without EH.Results:The results showed that mean serum E2 level in patients with EH (218.7±10.4mg/L) was significantly lower than in patients without EH (262.0±17.7ng/L)(t=2.304,P<0.05),but the mean serum T and the E2/T valve were no difference.And there were not significantly correlated among the serum T.E2 levels and the mean artery pressure levels.The difference in the mean serum T levels was signficantly in different stages (stage Ⅰ.Ⅱ.Ⅲ) EH patients (F=7.97,P<0.01),but no significantly difference in the mean serum E2 levels (F=0.117,P>0.05) and the E2/T valve (F=0.167.P>0.05).In EH patients with heart and/or brain complications,the mean level of the serum T was significantly lower than in EH patients without heart and /or brain complications.Conclusions:It is helpful to estimateing the prognosis ,and to study the pathological mechanism by determining the levels of the serum T、E2 and the E2/T valve in patients with essential hypertension.
