摘要
以某滚齿机的工件主轴系统为研究对象,利用三维建模和有限元分析等相关软件,通过对前端轴承刚度、假轴轴向位置和工件主轴内径三个单因素参数的仿真,总结出工件主轴系统的端部静刚度、系统动刚度及系统一阶固有频率的变化规律。仿真结果表明存在单因素最佳值,并且假轴轴向位置对系统动刚度影响比较大,可以认为是较敏感因素,其余两个因素的影响较小,在以后的设计中可以不必过多考虑。
Taking some gear-hobbing machine's work-piece axle system as the object of study, and using 3D modelling and the finite element analysis software, and other related softwares.Through simulating the following single factor: the front bearing rigidity, the axial location of the fake axis and the inside diameter of the work-piece axle, then the changes of the work piece main axle system's nose static rigidity, system dynamic stiffness, the system first-order natural frequency will be summarized. The simulation results indicated that the single factor's best value is existent. According to the dynamic stiffness of the system, the axial position of the fake axis can be seen as a more sensitive factor, so the other two factors are less sensitive and need not be considered excessive in subsequent design.
