宫颈癌CEA、PCNA的表达与放疗预后的关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EXPRESSION OF CEA.PCNA AND RADIOTHERAPY PROGNASIS IN CERVICAL CARCINOMA

目的：探讨宫颈癌组织中ＣＥＡ、ＰＣＮＡ表达与放疗预后的关系。方法：采用ＳＰ免疫组化方法检测３０例宫颈癌放疗前活检组织中ＣＥＡ、ＰＣＮＡ表达情况，并随访对照疗效。结果：ＣＥＡ、阳性率为８６．７％，五年生存组阳性率为８２．２％。ＰＣＮＡ高表达者五年生存组占７０．６％，死亡组占３８．５％，且均为Ⅲ期以上者。结论：ＣＥＡ在宫颈癌的表达与疗效无关。ＰＣＮＡ高表达者对放疗敏感，临床分期越早疗效越好。ＰＣＮＡ可做为判断宫颈癌放疗预后和指导治疗的一项指标。

Objective:To detect the relationship between the expression of CEA.PCNA and radiotherapy prognasis in cervical carcinoma.Methods:we took measures of SP immecno heschemistrs of examine which 30 cases express biopsy tissue CEA.PCNA before radiotherapy of ceroical Carcinoma Moreover,Well follow contrast effect.Results:the positive rate of CEA is 86.7%,the positive rate of five years living group is 82.2%,whats more,It possesses 70.6% in the expression of the high PCNA,the death group possesses 38.5%,moreover,they exceed Ⅲ period.Conclusinos:Its nothing to the expression of CEA and Curative effect cervical carcinoma.It is sensitive to radiotherapy for high express of PCNA .The earlier clinical period,the better radiotherapy.PCNA is a target which judges the radiotherapy prognasis and direct treating.
