基于电子图板的冲裁模压力中心的确定

摘要 在冲模设计中,冲裁模压力中心通常采用计算法(解析法)、作图法或悬挂法求解,其计算量大,操作繁琐,且容易出错。为了避免这些问题,提出了一种基于CAXA电子图板的压力中心确定方法,通过把刃口轮廓线转化为一个或多个无限小的封闭环,将求解压力中心转换为直接计算模具刃口轮廓封闭线的重心。最后举出应用实例说明该方法的可靠性。研究结果表明,此方法快速直接,简单方便,计算准确,在冲压工艺分析中值得推广。该思路也可用于其它软件如AutoCAD、Pro/E、UG和SolidWorks等。 Calculating, drawing and pending methods are generally used to determine pressure center of blanking moulds in stamping die design which claims large calculation, fury and fallible operation. Aiming at avoiding the above problems, a pressure center location method was implemented based on CAXA electronic board. By means of transforming the contour of blade edge of raised mould into an infinitesimal sealed ring, pressure center location has become to solve the problem calculating the center of gravity for the contour of blade edge of raised mould. At last examples were provided to prove its reliability. The research result shows it is of high efficiency, convenient operation, accurate calculation and value to apply practically to calculate stamping processes. And the way is also applicable to other software that is AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG and SolidWorks etc.
