闻一多新诗幻象特征论

On Features of Mental Vision in Wen Yiduo’s New Poetry

闻一多把"幻象"视为新诗的内在质素,闻一多谈"幻象"常常用意象来表述,其创作的意象大致存在两个有机联系的系列,即"红烛"系列和"死水"系列,体现着不同的审美特征。闻一多新诗形象所构建的幻象,包含着观念的具象、描叙的事象、诗人的心象、自然的景象和戏剧的场景等。闻一多新诗的幻象创造提升了中国现代新诗的艺术水平,推动新诗进入新的建设时期。

Wen Yiduo regarded ＂mental vision＂ as the intrinsic part pf New Poetry, and he often used images to represent ＂mental vision＂ in his two interconnected groups： ＂red candle＂ and ＂dead water＂, which stand for differ- ent aesthetic features. His creation of mental vision in New Poetry includes the vision of concepts, the vision of nar- ration, the inner vision of the poet, the vision of nature and the vision of dramatic scene. The creation of mental vi- sion in his New Poetry has improved the Chinese Modern New Poetry and helped it enter a totally new stage of development.
