胰岛素依赖型糖尿病HLA-DR_9遗传异质性的初步探讨

A Preliminary Study on HLA-DR_9-related Heterogeneity of Insulin-dependent Diabetes Mellitus

目的：探讨胰岛素依赖型糖尿病造传异质性。方法：采用序列特异性PCR对64例IDDM包括14岁前起病组17例，15－30岁起病组30例和31岁后起病组17例）和72例健康对照进行HLA－DR9基因分型。结果：14岁前起病组、15-30岁起病组及31岁后起在组IDDM病人中HLA－DR9频率分别为58.8%．46.7%％和35．3%，各组间比较差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05)，14岁前起病组与对照组（33．3%）比较（P>0．05），14岁前起病组与对照组(33．3％)比较P=0.0517。结论：儿童起病EDDM与成年起病IDDM可能具有不同的遗传背景。

Objective:Studying the heterogeneity of insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.Metods:Sequence-specific PCR was performed for HLA-DR9 genotyping in 64 IDDM patients(including 17 cases in group A with onsed of deabeten before 14 years of lok,30 cases in group B between 15-30 and 17 cases ingroup C after 31)and 72 healthy controls.Results:The frequency of HLA-DR+ in group A,B and C was 58.8k,46,7%and 35.3% respectively .The differences between three subgroups of IDDM were not statistically aingificant(P>0.05).Compring group A and control(33.3%),P-0.0517.Coonchusion:There might be different genetic background in childhood-onset and adult-onset IDDM.
