城镇化拉动农业产业化发展研究——基于湖南省部分地区的实证分析

The Research on the Functions of City-rization's Pulling the Progress of Agribusiness——An Empirical Research Based on Hunan Province's Situation

农业产业化是解决束缚中国经济社会稳定可持续发展的"三农"问题的根本出路。但由于我国城镇化与信息化水平低、人均耕地少、耕地块小分散等原因,农业产业化在取得一定成绩的同时,进一步发展举步维艰。在调查研究的基础上,分析了农业产业化发展面临的困境及其出路,提出了"城镇化是现阶段拉动我国农业产业化发展的核心动力"的观点,并就城镇化如何拉动农业产业化发展提出政策建议。

Agribusiness is the main method to solve the problems of peasants, agriculture and rural which badly effect the Chinese economy and society developing in the stable and continuous way. But, for the reasons of little field for every peasant, situations of scarcity small fields and low level of city--rization, while acquiring some degree achievement, the further development of agribusiness is facing many dif- ficulties. Based on an investigation, this paper analyses the basic situation and existing problems of agri- business＇ development, carries out a new way to pull the progress of agribusiness by develop city--rization and sets out some policy suggestions on it.
