摘要
结合区域创新系统特点,在明确城市自主创新系统内部结构的前提下,分析了城市自主创新能力的实现过程,使用DEA方法,构建技术、经济和社会"三位一体"的城市自主创新能力综合评价体系,提出评价结果可以从有效性、规模效益、松弛变量和生产前沿面上的投影进行分析。
Combining the characteristics of regional innovation system,this paper first analyzes the implementation process of the city＇s capability of independent innovation under the premise of making clear the structure of city independent innovation system.Then,using DEA method,the paper builds the evaluation system of the capacity of independent innovation from the technical,economic and social ＂trinity＂ of the city.Finally,the author discusses the evaluation results which can be analyzed from its effectiveness,scale economy,slack variables and the projection of the production frontier.
