Consultation and Proposal of Micro-Irrigation Hydraulic Design Method—The second part of the discussion oF the method

剖析微灌工程规划设计中,现在采用的水力计算方法及相应的设计准则,存在理论上自相矛盾、计算与实际不符、有可能增大工程投资及运行费用等诸多弊病。为此,提出重新定义水力设计基本公式等原则性建议。

In the analysis of a micro-irrigation project dcsign, the cxisting method of hydraulic computation and the corresponding standard of designing have the faults: thcorctical self-contradictory, the inconsistency of computations with facts, and the tendency to increase in the investment and operational costs, therefore, the authors put forward the basic suggestions such as re-defining the basic formulas of hydraulic design.
