摘要 团体沙盘游戏技术对大学生人格成长有重要作用。通过探索如何以团体沙盘为媒介,用游戏的方式催化个体的内省力,借助于沙盘的经验有助于团体成员无意识地表达内在的动力和冲突,在团结协作中激活团体的凝聚力,有效而广泛地促进成员之间的交流与合作,使团体内部以及每一个成员获得自我治愈力,促进自性化的思考,从而联结沙盘世界与现实世界,将沙盘中表现出来的动力关系转化为对现实心理困扰的认知、领悟和思考,最终促进大学生探索自身的人格成长。 The group sandplay skills play the important role in the college students' personality development.The individual insight is catalyzed through the game and the team members are encouraged to express unwittingly their immanent conflicts and impetus.In addition,the group cohesiveness is activated.The cooperation and communication among team members are thus effectively promoted.Every member of the group has obtained a self-healing power and is able to conduct thinking on his own.As a result,the sandplay world and the real world are joined together and the motivation relationship exhibited in the sandplay is transformed into the cognition,perception and reflection as well.
