摘要
改革开放30年来,大量外资企业以不同形式纷纷进入中国市场,在华外资企业的跨文化人力资源管理职能正发生着战略性变化,解决好文化差异和文化冲突问题,才能真正实现本土化和全球化的综合管理,从而不断地提高企业的国际化经营管理水平。
Thirty years of the reform and opening-up policy,a large number of foreign-funded enterprises have entered the Chinese market in various forms,the cross-cultural human resources management functions of foreign-funded enterprises are undergoing a strategic change,to address the issues of cultural differences and cultural conflicts,foreign-funded enterprises will reach the achievement of the localization and globalization management so as to constantly improve the international management.
