摘要 火控系统是一种大型的电子装备,由于其功能繁琐、结构复杂,维修测试时十分不便。常规的顺序测试法和目的测试法都容易造成重复测试或冗余测试,不仅加大了测试工作量,更会对正常的测试序列造成干扰。有必要采用一种科学的测试优化方法,设计最准确、最合理的测试序列,以降低装备的维修难度,提高维修的效率与效益。以某高炮火控系统为例,介绍了列表寻优法的工作过程,阐述了信息流模型的原理与构建。在此基础上探讨了借助信息流模型,利用列表寻优法优化测试序列。并结合具体的装备结构,给出了其每一结构层次的测试序列优化结果。基于此思路,对构建大型电子装备的故障诊断隔离体系进行了初步探索。 The fire control system is complex in function and structure, which is inconvenient in maintenance and reparation test. The common sequential testing and aim testing may result in repeated test or redundant test, which not only increase the workload, but also cause disturbance to the normal test sequence. It's necessary to use a scientific test method to design an exact and reasonable test sequence in order to simplify the maintenance and improve the efficiency. Taking the fire control system of a certain antiaircraft gun as an example, the TABU work flow is introduced, and the principle and construction of the information flow model is described. Then the test sequence optimization is realized by using the information flow model and TABU. The test sequence optimization result of each hierarchy is presented. Based on this method, the authors make a primary study on fault diagnosis and isolation to large electronic equipment.
