摘要
针对当前石油天然气行业采标现状与经验,提出了采标项目申报立项、采标分析以及采标过程中具体问题和建议,及应注意的几个问题.
According to the current situation and experience, this article gives the concrete suggestions and points out the problems for the standardization adoption project registration, sampling analysis and sampling process.
