摘要
根据5口完钻井资料统计,分析了川西马井构造上钻井过程中井漏、卡钻、下套管作业困难、地层出淡水等复杂情况产生的原因,讨论了解决井漏及井塌问题的对策措施,并从井身结构设计、钻具组合、钻井液性能控制、固井设计、地层承压试验等8个方面提出建议。
According to statistic data of five wells, the reason that brought about lost circulation,hole caving,drill pipe sticking, difficulty in running casing ,fresh water problem of formation in drilling operation in west Sichuan Majing structure were analyzed.The measures to solve lost circulation and well sloughing were discussed. Several suggestions were proposed from aspects of casing program, bottomhole assembly ,drilling fluid property control ,cementing, formation bearing test and so on.
