摘要
根据API(美国桩基规范)海上固定平台规划、设计和建造的推荐方法——工作应力设计法,以及DNV(挪威船级社)有关风电机的设计规范,应用SACS软件建立了2MW单桩式风电机组的塔架(包括桩—土)模型,并应用SACS软件计算出在外载荷下的各构件的内力、弯矩和应力,然后将计算出的与许用应力比较,再用ANSYS做了塔架的振动特性研究和塔架的挠度分析,最终得到塔架的尺寸。
According to API recommended method for planning, designing and construction of the fixed offshore platform-working stress design method, and the standard of DNV about the wind turbine design, a 2 MW single pile wind turbine (and its pile-soil) model is set up by SACS. The internal forces and stress of each component under outer load are also calculated by SACS. Then we compare the calculated stress, the vibration characteristics research and flexibility of the tower are analyzed by ANSYS. Finally, the size of tower is obtained.
