摘要
通过对公式F=RθL(P1-P2)μ的分析认为,降低摩擦系数并不能有效地防粘卡而只对解卡有利,并提出了防止包角出现才能有效防止粘卡的观点。辽河油田近百口井的现场试验证明,该防粘卡新措施切实可行,可使粘卡事故发生几率降为零、润滑剂用量大大减少,经济效益非常显著。
By analyzing the equation F=R θ L(P 1 P 2)μ , the paper comes to a conclusion that to reduce friction coefficient is not effective for sticking release,and brings abont the idea that emphasis should be put on eccentnicity prevention.Field Applications in nearly 100 wells,Liaohe Oilfield indicates that the new sticking preventing measure is feasible,there are fewer sticking accidents and lubricant is less used than before,economic benefits are remarkable.
