摘要
从需要理论、归因理论、期待理论与动机的关系进行分析,具体探讨在课堂教学中,如何提高学生的学习动机:提高学生内部动机的策略;提供学习的外部诱因的原则;对学生的表现、努力和进步进行奖励的策略。特别是对那些难以沟通、低成就的学生应当采用不同的策略。
From the relation concerned the theory of need, attribution and expectancy, the paper specially discusses how to improve students’ learning motivation in classroom teaching: the strategy of internal motivation; the principle of external incentive and tactic of reward in their performance and progress. Especially, for those who hard to communicate and underachievement, the different methods ought to be taken.
