45°高速涡轮钻“三段法”在下颌近中及水平阻生智齿拔除中的临床评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的本文尝试用高速涡轮牙钻将牙齿劈成三段拔除阻生齿,与传统的涡轮"两段法"比较,以期能缩短下颌近中及水平阻生智齿的拔除时间,降低术后反应。方法中、低位近中及水平阻生齿患者186例随机分成2组,每组均为阻生齿93颗。一组采用涡轮"两段法",一组采用涡轮"三段法"。比较2组拔牙时间及术后并发症的情况。结果卡方检验显示,在近中及水平阻生齿的拔除中,两段法与三段法拔牙时间没有显著差异(P>0.05);利用三段法拔除阻生齿的术后反应明显小于两段法,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在近中及水平阻生齿的拔除中,三段法可以减少牙槽骨的去除,对减少术中、术后出血和减轻术后肿胀、疼痛都有一定意义,是值得在临床中推广的拔牙术式。 Objective To evaluate three sections' method with high speed turbine in extracting the mesial and level mandibular impacted third molars in terms of operative time and postoperative reactions compared with the traditional two sections' method. Methods One humlred and eighty-six mesial and level mandibular impacted third molars were randomly allocated into two groups, and 93 in each. The three sections' method with high speed turbine was used to extract the mandibular impacted third molars in one group, and the traditional two sections' method in the other group. Operative time and postoperative reactions were compared between these two groups, respectively. Results The postoperative reactions such as edema and pain in the group with three sectionsr method were significantly less than those in the group with two sections' method, whereas there was no significant difference with respect to operative time between these two groups. Conclusions Extraction of the mesial and level mandibular impaeted third molars using three sections' can reduce the postoperative reactions and it can be widely applied in clinical practice.
