摘要
烧结烟气的特性是温度波动大、湿度大,所含粉尘的比电阻值变化大,含Na、K的氧化物和氯化物多等,收尘难度大。原有的电除尘器能力不足,极板、极线腐蚀、变形,电场振打强度低等,导致除尘器运行效率低,烟尘排放浓度高。通过对原有机头除尘器合并改造,并综合利用特氟龙高性能涂料芒刺、声波清灰等技术,改造后粉尘排放浓度由300~800g/m3降至100mg/m3以下,达到了控制粉尘排放浓度和减少粉尘排放总量的目的。
The sintering flue gas has the characteristics of big temperature fluctuation and high humidity, great specific resistance variation of the smoke dust and many oxides of Na and K and chloride in which, so it is difficult to collect. The operation efficiency of quondam electrostatic precipitator was low because of insufficient ability, the corrosion and distortion of the polar plate and polar line and low electric field shaking intensity, and then resulted in high emission concentration of smoke dust. Therefore, quondam electrostatic precipitators were united and reconstructed and some new technologies such as coating high performance Teflon on the prickle surface and sonic wave dust cleaner etc were adopted. After improvement, the emission concentration of smoke dust was decreased to 100 mg/m^3 below from 300~800 mg/m^3, reaching the aims of controlling smoke dust emission and reducing the total emission of the smoke dust.
