摘要
介绍了低温拜耳法赤泥及拜耳法赤泥与烧结法硅渣掺配料中铝、钠的回收工艺,着重研究了配料及烧结方法,试验发现,赤泥与硅渣掺配料中的铝、钠溶出率均可达95%以上,实现了低温拜耳法赤泥中铝、钠的再回收利用,溶出赤泥中氧化钠含量低于1%,可用来生产水泥,从而实现了资源的综合利用,消除了赤泥对环境的危害。
The process about retrieving aluminum and sodium from the red mud and the mixture of red mud and silica slag was introduced,the way of blending and sintering were focused. The result showed that the dissolution rate of sodium and aluminum in the mixture of red mud and silica slag was up to 95%, and the sodium and aluminum were recovered. The content of Na2O in red mud was less than 1%, and the cement can be made by the red mud. In a word, the comprehensive utilization of red mud was realized, and the dangers of red mud to environmental were canceled.
