摘要
为清除电炉第4孔除尘系统蒸发器热管板积灰,采用燃气型冲击波吹灰技术。选择乙炔作为可燃气体,设计24个吹灰点位,布置安装20台冲击波发生器,24支冲击波发射管分为10组进行工作,系统由PLC控制柜统一控制。应用表明,冲击波吹灰器清灰效果显著,省煤器出口温度由180~230℃降为140~200℃,实现了锅炉在线清灰,保证了系统设备长期稳定运行。
In order to clear the ash deposition on the heating-pipe plate in the fourth hole dusting system of the EAF, gas-type shock wave ash-blowing technology was adopted. Selecting acetylene as a combustible gas, designing 24 ash-blowing points, installing 20 shock wave generators, and dividing 24 shock wave tubes into 10 groups to work, the ash-blowing system was controlled by a PLC control cabinet. Applications showed that shock wave ash-blowing gained significant effect, reduced the temperature of economizer exit from 180~230 ℃ to 140~200 ℃, and achieved a boiler-cleaning online, which kept the system running stably and permanently.
