摘要
为了解决烧结系统胶带运输机的扬尘及料形分配等问题,设计开发了新型拨料装置,该装置由普通型材焊接而成,刀头部分采用螺栓与拉杆支架相联接,拉杆部分采用铰链结构。该装置的应用保证了料形,避免出现跑料等工艺事故,岗位粉尘浓度由70mg/m3下降到8mg/m3,清理散料的工作量减少了2/3。
In order to solve the dust emission and the material shape distribution etc of the belt conveyors in sintering system, a new kind of allocating device welded by ordinary section was designed and developed and the part of cutter-bit was linked by bolts with tie-rod, which adopted hinge structure. The application of the device ensured the shape of the material and avoided process breakdowns such as scattering material. Then the dust concentration at post reduced to 8 mg/m^3 from 70 mg/m^3 and cleaning workload of the balk cargo was reduced by 2/3.
