摘要
分别对靖安原油、吴旗原油添加了GY-3降凝剂,并在靖马管道上进行了现场试验。通过对改性后的输送工艺参数进行分析,认为最佳降凝剂注入量为50 mg/L,最佳处理温度为60℃。通过对加热输送、加剂输送两种方案的经济对比分析,认为加剂输送,不仅实现了优化布站,而且还降低了管道建设工程费用,有着显著的经济效益。
GY-3 depressant is added to Jingan crude oil and Wuqi crude oil individually and on-site test is made in Jingma pipeline. By analysis of modified transport process coefficient, it is thought that an optimum depressant injection rate is 50 mg/l and optimum treatment temperature is 60℃. After economical comparison and analysis to the two plans: heating transport and depressant transport, it is considered that depressant transportation can not only realize optimum station configulation, but also reduce pipeline construction engineering cost. It has an evident economic benefit.
