摘要
叙述了目前文献给出的九种气液相间水力摩阻系数计算公式,利用实验数据和生产管道的运行数据对这些关系式作了对比和评价。结论是用液相参数关联得出的关系式绝对值平均相对误差和相对误差的标准偏差较大,不能适用于很宽的工况范围;Andritsos & Hanrrity关系式、Bake关系式和Laurinat关系式的计算结果与实际误差较小,推荐采用这三个公式作为多相流相间水力摩阻系数的计算公式。
Narrates calculating equations of hydraulic frictional resistance coefficient of 9 kinds of gas /liquid phase given by present document, compares and evaluates relational expressions with experimental data and operational data from production pipeline. Conclusion shows that mean relative error of the relational expression's extreme value get from liquid phase coefficient is larger than that of the standard, which is not applicable for a wider scope of work condition. Error of calculation results from Andritsos & Hanrrity relational expression, Bake relational expression and Laurinat relational expression are smaller than actual error, therefore it is recommended that the three equations are used as calculating equation of hydraulic frictional resistance coefficient between multi-phases.
