摘要
当前,随着我国教育事业不断深入发展,校长成为了重要的人力资源,校长专业化成为校长队伍建设的趋势之一。如何更好地推进校长专业化,培养专家型校长是非常值得研究的课题。其中,从管理制度上加以保障和探索是完成这一课题的重要手段。文中立足于这一思路,探讨了我国中小学校长管理制度探索的背景,对发达国家校长管理制度进行了分析,解读了我国中小学校长管理制度面临的问题,并提出了我国现代中小学校长管理制度探索的六个维度。
Along with the ever-deeping development of the education enterprise in our country, the principal has become an important human resource. The specialization of principals has already become one of tendency of building up a Schoolmaster contingent. How to better promote the specialization of principals, and train the principals expert, is a topic which is worth studying. It is an important means to accomplish this subject by providing guarantees in terms of management system and exploration. In addition, bases on the thought, the thesis introduces the background of exploring principal management system in China's primary and secondary schools, and makes a analysis of principal management in developed country. As is stated above, the problems faced about the principal management system in China's primary and secondary schools are elaborated, followed by six dimensions for exploration.
